MARA Liner Ticket Booking |

MARA Liner offers three main methods for customers to purchase ticket:

| First Method : Click & Buy® |
| |
| MARA Liner Click & Buy is the easiest way to purchase the ticket
that is through the Internet. Customers only need to have a bank
account that provide banking services via the Internet. As easy as 1, 2
& 3. |
| Ways to use MARA Liner Click & Buy® |

Customers must have an account with MARA Liner. Click “Register ” on
the below part of the login section and key in your personal details for
our reference. |

When completed, please proceed to the ticket purchase process. Please follow these steps:- |
| |

| |
Step 1 : Choose your destination and departure date. For example Hentian Putra to Alor Star (12 June '06). Then key in number of passengers. Adult and/or child (12 years old and below) and continue. |

| |
Step 2 : Choose the bus trip. Make sure that you're select the right departure time. Click 'Next'
|
| |
|
| |
Step 3 : Then choose the seat you prefer by click on the seat drawing. Click 'Next'
|
| |
|
| |
Step 4: Please ensure all details pertaining to your trip are correct. Click “agree” to proceed to payment process. |

Using Credit Card
Click on 'Card Credit' icon to pay by credit card. You will proceed to Bank Islam page for credit card payment. Please select either Visa or MasterCard. Through all this process you will be
assisted on the steps of payment..

Using Internet Banking
Click on Internet Banking icon to pay using (Financial Processing
Exchange) FPX. You will proceed to FPX page for Internet. Please select your bank and you will be carried to your
bank Internet Banking page. Through all this process you will be
assisted on the steps of payment. Please ensure you have a bank account

When you have completed the payment, you will proceed to the Boarding Pass
printing page. The Boarding Pass is six computer generated code (example: 7H5C4W) and also containing your ticket details. Print this Boarding Pass and collect your ticket at our counter by present the boarding pass code before embarking on the
bus. As alternative you can just take the Boarding Pass and ticket references number (starting with INETXXXXXXXXXX) and
present to our driver or ticket checkers whenever they asking to
confirm your seat. |

| Second Method : Phone Booking |
|
| |
For your convenient, we also provide ticket booking services via phone
calls. You may dial 03-2697 9797 or any nearby MARA Liner counters.
Please be informed that ticket booked must be collected from any MARA
Liner counters 48 hours prior to departure. |

|

Step 1 : Contact the above number or any nearby MARA Liner counter and our Customer Service Officer will attend to you. |
| |
| |
Step 2 : You will be asked to provide your trip information such as date and destination. |
| |
|
| |
Step 3 : Our officer will propose the available departure time for you to choose. |
| |
|
| |
Step 4 : Once you have agreed to the booking, you will be requested to
provide personal details such as name and telephone number for booking
process verification when you collect your ticket.

Step 5 : Payment is to be made when you collect your ticket at any of
the MARA Liner counters. Please provide your personal details to verify
your booking. Please be reminded that ticket must be collected 48 hours
prior to departure, if not, your booking will be automatically
cancelled.

Third Method : Visit Our Nearest Counter |
|
|
| |
MARA Liner has 31 counters all over the Peninsular of Malaysia. Mostly
located at the main bus stations. Please visit the nearby counter and
